XII Digital is the practice of Cesar Benjamin Garcia Martinez, a systems architect who has spent twenty-six years inside government agencies and research institutions - CentroGeo, the Government of Jalisco, the Municipality of Monterrey, UNAM - building the platforms and information architectures they still run on.

Work in progress spans four areas: digital government platforms designed to outlive the administrations that commission them, environmental and climate data systems built for evidence that survives political cycles, spatial intelligence embedded directly into operational decisions, and knowledge architectures that keep institutional memory intact as people and projects turn over.
